Grilled Glen Dochus Glazed Salmon
Every sip of Glen Dochus is crafted using pure Deeside spring water. Rising high in the Cairngorm Mountains, this exceptional water is famous for its salmon. This easy recipe pairs Scotland’s most succulent fish with the rich and evocative flavours of Glen Dochus. It’s a match made in heaven – or the Cairngorms, as we like to call it.

Ingredients
- 4 250g Scottish salmon fillets
- 120ml Glen Dochus
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 60ml orange juice
- 60ml light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
-
Step 1
Mix the Glen Dochus with the orange juice, oil, soy sauce and minced garlic in a medium bowl.
-
Step 2
Arrange your Scottish salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour on the Glen Dochus mixture so that they’re all equally coated. Cover this with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for up to 1 hour.
-
Step 3
Preheat your grill to medium-high. Place your salmon fillets on a non-stick baking tray and give them 5 minutes each side under the grill. You’ll know the salmon is cooked when it flakes easily.

More sauce?
Feel free to double the marinade recipe. Use half of it to marinate the salmon, as above, and gently simmer the other half on the hob for 5 minutes. Spoon over your grilled fish and serve.
